College of Arts and Sciences' Interdisciplinary Lecture Series on Migration, February 9, from 4 - 5 PM CT. The Psychology of Crime & Justice program will welcome Dr. Cynthia Willis-Esqueda, Assistant Professor of Psychology at University Nebraska - Lincoln, for a presentation titled, "Ideological Perspectives, Immigration Bias & Legal Decision Making." Dr. Willis-Esqueda will discuss how cognitive processes, such as racial and ethnic bias, impact immigration law processes and outcomes.
The event will be held at Damen Student Center in the Sr. Jean MPR North with an option to tune-in remotely via Zoom.
