Some scenes from my days in Mertz!
My the window in our dorm was cracked so maintenance came by to fix it. When we got home from class the entire window was missing and maintenance was nowhere to be seen! So, all of my suitemates and myself hung out (literally) while we waited for them. Note - we were only the 3rd floor so right above the patio. Also, note that yes that is me on a hammock :-)
Please don't try this at home:
Sophomore year, we found a stray beagle roaming the campus. It was cold outside and we were worried about him so I wrapped him up in my coat and tucked him under my arm and carried him into my room. He lasted until the next afternoon when, at one point, our whole suite had class so we left him alone and he started barking.
